Where do we begin?

Hello everyone, welcome to my cake blog. Let me first tell you a little about myself. I have worked in some really great hotels and restaurants through the years. I've always had a love for food and pastry, but mostly cake design! I'm looking forward to sharing my work with you and getting in touch with others who share a love for the sweeter things in life :-)

I had my son almost 3 years ago and decided to give the stay at home mom thing a try. I LOVE being a mommy to my beautiful children more than I ever imagined possible, but I also LOVE designing cakes and creating memories! I started thinking of my sons first birthday cake the week he was born, same for my little girl. People expect you to be completely overwhelmed with all things involved with being a mom to two young ones, but I jump at the opportunity to make something memorable and special for a friend, family member or new client.
