Build a robot cupcakes and smash cake

I donated a gift certificate for a cake at a fundraiser at my son's preschool. This Elmo cake was the design for the person with the highest bid!

I love making cakes for kids, this one was for the baby boy of a goood friend.

Fathers Day beer cake :-)

Everything is edible except the labels and caps. The bottles and ice are made from cooked isomalt. It was fun to make and I'm happy with the results :)

Busy week!

We had a great week with some fun new cakes and cupcakes.  The monkey cake was for a party at the fun- new Silly Monkey's Playhouse in Coconut Grove! If you haven't been to Silly Monkeys, you should!!
